Write Down Your Goals
A great way to start up your motivation is to write down your goals so you can see and keep track of what you want to achieve, over a certain period of time.
From there, you can start creating schedules for the days that you want to work out, and start thinking about your plans.
Make a Plan
Setting out plans is a great way to keep on top of your workout schedule.
If you know what workouts you’re doing, along with the number of reps and sets, you’re more likely to have the motivation to go to the gym and just crack on with your routine.
Find Your Balance
You can make your workouts enjoyable whilst still pushing yourself. If you aren’t training close to failure, the chances are you aren’t testing your limits when you work out.
It’s all about balance, it’s important to get a good workout in, but not to the point of exhaustion.
Be Realistic
Make sure you are being realistic with your workout and schedule.
Remember you need time to yourself on a day-to-day basis. It’s okay to go and see friends and family!
Consistency is Key
If you’re pushing yourself past your limits and if you aren’t being realistic with yourself, it will be too easy to give up.
It’s so important to be consistent whilst keeping that balance. You’re not a failure if you take a day out to rest, and that’s important to remember.

Keep Track
Keeping track of your progress and taking weekly progress pictures is not only such a vital step towards a transformation, but most importantly it will keep you going!
If you can see how well you are doing on a weekly basis, it will give you motivation and push you to keep it up!
Pop Some Tunes On!
During workouts, listening to music is a great way to get you hyped for a workout. Put on some upbeat music and get going!
The more upbeat the music, the harder you will work. Trust me, we’ve tried and tested it, 10/10 works every time. You will not be disappointed.
Hold Yourself Accountable!
Remember that you are the only person who can reach your goals. Holding yourself accountable is the only way you’re going to get to where you need to be.
No one else is going to pull you out of bed in the morning and hold your hand to the gym. No one else is going to feed you nutrition. No one else is going to lift those weights for you, so get at it!
